For over 30 years Dr. Gary Nicoletti has been New Jerseys preferred dental provider for Premium Services to families in New Jersey! He provides cosmetic, restorative and implant treatments. His 3 hygienist have been working with him for over 20 years and happily provide thorough routine and deep cleanings. Dr. Nicoletti does not use an assistant. Dr. Gary Nicoletti and his team provide healthy and natural smiles with the most enjoyable dental experience possible! His office never double schedules appointments!

Our Practice

Dr. Gary Nicoletti graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He opened his practice in 1985 serving the great New Jersey area. He does not use an assistant so you will only have his expert hands working on you during treatments. His hygienists, Nikki, Kris and Andrea have worked with Dr. Nicoletti for over 20 years and they also do not use any assistance. His office manager and hygienists work together as a team and contribute greatly to the warm, friendly atmosphere in our office.

We schedule appointments with plenty of time for treatment and all questions and concerns to be addressed so no one is rushed. We rarely fall behind schedule and if we do it’s about 5 minutes. We never double schedule patients. Your time, trust and confidence in our office is greatly appreciated!


Senior Care

This is the best place for your senior loved ones to experience dental care with a gentle touch. Dr. Nicoletti has over twenty-five years of experience and education on common senior medical procedures that require special dental care such as pre-medications to reduce bleeding and customized appointments to accommodate senior care.

Special Needs Person Care

Dr. Nicoletti does not use an assistant so your loved one or client will only have his trained hands has work on them. We can adjust our exam room stimulants such as playing specific music or adjusting the lights to suit the comfortability of your special abled person. We never double schedule appointments so we will keep you and them on schedule.

Dog Friendly

We understand that some patients are anxious about their visit. We have found that allowing our client’s furry companion to accompany them during their visit reduces stress and provides moral support. Providing a better experience and we pride ourselves on providing our clients a comfortable environment.

  • Dr. Gary Nicoletti

    Dr. Gary Nicoletti is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry. He completed a General Practice Residency at Bergen Pines County Hospital in Paramus, New Jersey, serving as Chief Dental Resident. Dr. Nicoletti is a member of the academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Bergen County Dental Society. He also taught at the University of Medicine and Dentistry – New Jersey Dental School as a Clinical Instructor of Restorative Dentistry, Occlusion, and Complete/Partial Dentures.
